When will we send out ?

About delivery time is devided as two parts we think:

Part 1: The time we cost on preparing and give the package to the deliver

We always cost 1 - 3 days. Usually 2 days.

It means, when we get your payment information, of course there should be no problem, we need 2 days to process your order.

Part 2: The time it cost on the way

It always cost 4 - 7 days. Up to your location.

Generally speaking, most countries, such like North America and western Europe, always be in 1 week.

Janpan, Korea, TaiWan, HongKong, Singapore, Australia, NewZealand always be in half week. 3 days usually.

Delayed Reason:

The reason of delay, the situation always be like this :

1. Jam on clearance from your local Customs;

2. Jam on airport, such like some important Days, X-mas Day and so on.

3. Transfer delay;

4. Others

Don't be worried, EMS has their own Green Post Chanel to most countries. Few chances that the packages were blocked by your local Customs.

Just wait for it in patience, and keep in touch with us and your local post office. Let your local post office knows your tracking number, and ask them to help you to know what's happened of your package, lost, blocked or in jam.
