Out of Stock?

>> Why there's still absent product in your order though you have paid for it?

1. The clients who ordered and paid are more than the stocks we have.

For example, a kind of Christian Louboutin shoes, there are only 5 paris left. But there are 8 clients have ordred.

We don't know who will pay for it or not, so we can't keep them for anybody.

Unfortunately, there are 6 clients pay for their order, it means, the last one can't get her order.

2. All products will be examed carefully before it is sent out. We have 3 process to avoid sending out products which are in bad quality.

Some times, the products are in stock, but after our checking, the products in stock can't be sent out.

For this reason, you will meet absence too.

>> How to deal with this situation ?

We will contact you before we deal with it. We will send you an email to let you know the absent products and give you some choice :

Choice 1 : Wait for the absent products and then send out all products ;

Choice 2 : Send out other products, and send out the absent products separately. You need to pay for the shipping cost for this separate package.

Choice 3 : Send out other products, and keep the absent products for you, till your next order, send out these products together with your next order.

Choice 4 : Send out other products, and count the cost for the absent products, refund the cost of these products and extra shipping cost to you. Defaultly refund back to your Consumable Advance account on our website, to pay for your next order. If you want refund the money in other ways, you need to let us know before.
